I believe that the management have concentrated their efforts in the wrong areas. The door staff were welcoming but as soon as you enter the building it becomes overwhelmingly confusing. I did not enjoy the concept of the casino. This was my first visit to this venue and it will be my last. But last night it was ‘in spite’ of the venue, rather than because of it. Overall we had a great night, as we always do when we go out. So we all left sober! Service was not quick enough to get tipsy!!! So you had to finish your drink, then request service, wait for service, order, then wait for delivery etc etc Thanks to an extremely helpful member of staff named Michael we were well served.Īs they are a casino they have a house rule that you cannot have more than one drink at a time. Ryan then went on to explain we could usually have waiter service in the Den but they were busy tonight, so we’d probably have to leave the karaoke to go to the bar to get our own drinks.

The system is a little confusing, it was explained to us twice and when i asked another question, i was told by Ryan ‘i’m not explaining it again’ However, the quality of the sound is pretty poor and the position of the touch screen is such that if you are under 5’4 you have to tip toe to reach it.

The actual room is lovely, spacious and air conditioned. We are a group of nurses who love nothing more than letting our hair down with a karaoke seesion!!
